Man oh man has it been hot in the past couple of days. Doesn't help that the a/c isn't working and the pool isn't open yet...time to call the pool guys! I don't work on Thursday so I was stuck in the house all day. I did take some time to do some sun bathing for the first time this year. It was sooooo nice. I can't wait to catch a little colour, I hate being paper white.
Not much to say on the weight-loss front, I got in almost 3L of water yesterday, went for a short walk during my lunch hour and may be going for one again later tonight, once it cools down a little...I haven't eating as much today, but protein-wise I'm doing pretty good for the day.
